Our senior consultants are experienced finance professionals with clear accountability for results at various levels of experience. The range of projects varies from medium-sized client projects to roles in middle management. A ‘ship-it mentality’ is required.
As a Senior Consultant, you take on medium-sized client projects independently and apply your expertise effectively. In larger projects, you support the team and independently handle sub-projects.
As a Senior Consultant, you support the execution of individual CoCo Finance Startup Assessments. With the trained eye of an experienced finance manager, we examine the finance team, finance processes, collaboration with tax advisors, various tax issues, and of course the quality of accounting, controlling, and reporting at the respective target. As a result, we create a report based on predefined audit points in a fixed layout.

You do not shy away from diving into the technical details. Armed with skills and a thirst for knowledge, you feel comfortable working with DATEV, previously unknown accounting tools, complex Excel/GSheet models, and various upstream and downstream finance tools related to accounting at any time, or you are ready to familiarize yourself with them in the necessary depth on short notice.
Your ability to connect with others is legendary. You do not shy away from reaching out to employees, clients, or third parties to clarify any potential issues early on or to prevent them from arising in the first place.
You have a completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Due to your previous career, you have a very good understanding of many operational areas of finance in a startup (including accounting). You communicate convincingly in both German and English.
The regular rotation among your own projects ensures both professional variety and a steep learning curve.
We value your talent and expertise, and therefore we offer you a package that includes a competitive base salary as well as an unlimited variable component. This is dependent on your own revenue as well as the revenue generated by other colleagues (m/f/d) working on your projects.
