With quick comprehension skills and a strong willingness to learn, our Junior Consultants support both CoCo projects and directly in our clients’ teams, taking on responsibility early in various areas of tasks.
As a Junior Consultant, you support our clients operationally or work alongside a CoCo project manager. You independently implement clearly defined tasks or modules and consistently present your results to the relevant decision-maker – whether it’s the startup contact person or the CoCo project manager – for review and further use.
You assist in the preparation of startup assessments and prepare the financial data for investors.
You build strong and trusting relationships with our clients on ongoing projects, ensuring that CoCo Finance remains the first point of contact for supplementary and follow-up projects. Your passion for excellence, customer orientation, and commitment will be the secret recipe for this.

Hands-on Finance Knowledge: You do not shy away from diving into the technical details. Armed with a thirst for knowledge, you feel comfortable working with DATEV, previously unknown accounting tools, complex Excel/GSheet models, and various upstream and downstream finance tools related to accounting, or you are ready to familiarize yourself with them in the necessary depth on short notice.
Your ability to connect with others is legendary. You do not hesitate to reach out to employees, clients, or third parties to clarify any potential issues early on or to prevent them from arising in the first place.
You have a completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Due to your previous practical experience, you have a good understanding of many operational areas of finance in a startup (including accounting). You communicate convincingly in both German and English.
